Welcome to The Vibe Check Dating Show with HerFlo. By submitting an application or participating in our show, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To apply for The Vibe Check, you must:

Be at least 25 years of age
Be legally eligible to appear on broadcast media
Be genuinely seeking a romantic partner
Be willing to be filmed for YouTube and social media broadcast
Be available to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for filming dates
Provide truthful and accurate information in your application
Believe in energy-based compatibility and be open to our matching methodology

2. Application Fee

            $20 Non-Refundable Application Fee

            The application fee covers administrative costs for processing and reviewing your application. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you are selected to participate.

Payment is processed via CashApp ($theflo702) or Zelle (+1 816-204-0484). Your application is not complete until payment is received and confirmed.

3. Selection Process

Regarding the selection process:

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection
All applications are reviewed by our production team
Selection is based on energy compatibility, authenticity, and production fit
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion
Selected participants will be notified via email and/or phone
Non-selected applicants may be considered for future seasons

4. Filming and Broadcast Rights

If selected, you agree to:

Participate in filming sessions in Las Vegas, Nevada
Allow your image, voice, name, and likeness to be recorded
Grant us perpetual, worldwide rights to use recorded content
Appear on podcast and audio broadcasts
Appear on YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms
Allow use of your content for promotional purposes

Media Release: Selected participants will sign a comprehensive media release agreement before filming. This grants full broadcast and promotional rights to The Vibe Check Productions.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants must:

Behave respectfully toward other participants and production staff
Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Follow all production guidelines and schedules
Not share confidential show information before broadcast
Not be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol during filming
Represent themselves honestly and authentically

Violation of conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the show without compensation.

6. Travel and Accommodation

For selected participants:

Travel to Las Vegas is at your own expense unless otherwise specified
Accommodation during filming may be provided (details shared upon selection)
You are responsible for any personal expenses during your stay
Travel dates will be communicated with reasonable advance notice

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

            Entertainment Purposes: The Vibe Check is an entertainment program. While we genuinely aim to help participants find compatible partners, we make no guarantees about romantic outcomes, relationships, or matches. Participation is for entertainment and personal experience.
        

8. Intellectual Property

All content created for The Vibe Check, including but not limited to:

Show format and methodology
Energy matching concepts and branding
Recorded footage and audio
Logos, graphics, and marketing materials

...remains the exclusive property of The Vibe Check Dating Show and The Vibe Check Productions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any emotional distress, disappointment, or relationship outcomes
We are not responsible for interactions between participants off-set
Our total liability is limited to the amount of your application fee ($20)
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vibe Check, HerFlo, and their affiliates from any claims arising from:

Your participation in the show
Your interactions with other participants
Any misrepresentation in your application
Your violation of these Terms

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
